Members are invited to attend the ICTENSW Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Saturday, 17th March, 2018, at Sydney University School of IT (Chippendale campus). The AGM will include an overview of our activities over the preceding 12 months. Board members will be elected at this meeting. Any individual financial members are eligible to nominate for the ICTENSW Board of the Association. The AGM will follow ICTENSW's 2018 HSC solutions workshop and will begin at 3:00pm. Registration is not required.

Nominations for Directors and Executive of ICTENSW are invited from members of the Association. Nominations must be made in writing and must be signed by 2 members of the association and accompanied by the written consent of the candidate. This can be done by completing and signing the nomination form and sending it to the ICTENSW Secretary by:

Nominations must be completed and returned to The Secretary by 5.30pm Wednesday 14th March 2018. The only exception is if there are not enough nominations to fill positions and then nominations will be considered on the day.
ICTENSW’s Board of Directors are responsible for the strategic development, implementation and evaluation of the Association's procedures and policies within the rules of the Constitution.
The Association Board is comprised of Directors, with four members of the Board elected to the Executive positions of President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer. The duties associated with these positions are outlined in the Constitution.
From time to time, positions of Associate Board members are appointed. Associate Board members attend Board meetings and bring specialist skills and advice that assist the Board in strategic planning and association decision making.
